Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Using P.O. box address instead of physical address to start business on internet
I am currently starting an on-line shopping business with my own web site. I had to register my home/physical address with the State Comptroller and Assumed Name Certificate.
To protect my indentity can I use a P.O. box address on the website and can I also use this address for a business bank account.
