Power of Attorney
My finance lives in Lousiana but wants me to act in his behalf to purchase a home in Texas. Will I have legal power of attorney if it is noterized in Lousiana.

Based on what you have written, it appears that you may need a Limited Power of Attorney not a General Power of Attorney.
