Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Privacy
Citibank called my home about a credit card bill I had inadvertently not paid. They proceeded to give my husband all the information about my account. He is not on any of my accounts and they are none of his business. It caused a huge fight. Is there any action I can take against this credit card co. for the breach of my privacy?

Re: Privacy
Unless you have a written agreement with Citibank that states they will not look to your husband for your obligations, your credit card debt is both you and your husband's responsibility. They did not legally breach your privacy.
