Profit Sharing Cash Out Time-Frame?
How long does a company have until they are supposed to send me a profit sharing/401K check? I left a company almost one year ago and wanted to cash out of the plan and still have not seen MY money. It's been nearly a year with some other company making interest on my money. what can I do to get my money that I earned and can I get any additional money for a years worth of interest drawn off of my PST money?

You really need find out from the company why they haven't allowed you to get it yet. Once you have their explanation or can't get one, then you/your attorney will know how to proceed.
