What is want of Prosecution
A person took me to court, the case was eventually posted as disposed with the reason being ''want of Prosecution'' what does this term mean?

Re: What is want of Prosecution
It means that the person who was suing you did not pursue the case to conclusion in the Court within the timeframes required by the Judge. This can sometimes be in a few months or several years.
