Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Can you provide a ruling for the following scenario? If a gift of cash was given to a church without any stipulations attached to it and then 5 years later a donor asks for the gift of cash back from the church is there any legal grounds for the church to give the money back if there were not any misuse of the gift of cash by the church?
