So iv been at my job 13 months and im still makeing $9/hr the owners nephew has a thing for me but it didnt work out the way he wanted it too. should this be an issue?

Not sure what this has to do with the law. Do you feel that you should be making more than $9/hr. and the reason you're not is because you spurned the nephew? What's your relationship wit the nephew now, and what has it been? You need to give more info before I can help you.
