Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I have a reality show idea...who should I get in contact with to make sure that my idea does not get stolen and used without my permission or me getting paid for it...I would like to be involved with the show as much as possible...but being that I'm broke...it is still a mere dream...but I would like to contact someone about making it official.....

Any attorney will say the only way to protect your reality show idea is to draft a well-written nondisclosure agreement (NDA). Before you discuss your idea with anyone, have them sign the NDA. Consult with a good intellectual property or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
