Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I received a check for $42 and it bounced. I submitted it through again and it bounced. I have accrued $12 in fees. How can I get my money?

As a Franchise Attorney I can only advise as follows. Contact the person who issued the check and demand payment for the original amount, plus the fees you've incurred. If that doesn't work, you would have to bring a small claims action. But then, is this worthwhile given $54? Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
