Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I recently accepted a position as a Client account manager for a company. I opened a separate bank account for clients to deposit fees into. I then pay team members from that account. Since this account is in my name, can I be held liable if something goes wrong with the client and the company?

Yes you can. What in the world were you thinking. Close the account and get the company for whom you work to take care of these issues.
