Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I recently interviewed for a recruiting position. They asked me for my ideas on how to start up recruiting for the Engineering industry since my expertise is in that field. I was hesitant and put it off for a week. When I finally submitted it they quickly called me and told me that they decided not to hire me and stay with what they have. This is a red flag for me and I am worried that they were only after my ideas. How do I protect my ideas now. Can I get them to sign a NDA agreement? Please help.

Theft of ideas? I wouldn't take that lawsuit on a contingent fee contract.
These folks will almost certainly NOT agree to an NDA agreement.
