Do I have right to record phone conversation?
I have had problem with my cellular phone service company. Do I have right to record conservations while talking to them ? Can the record tape be used as proof ?

Texas requires that at least one party to the conversation knows that it's being taped. You might be able to use the taped conversations as proof, so long as you have established the proper evidence foundations. Be careful, though, because you don't know where the other party is actually located, and so you may be speaking with someone where the law there requires both parties to know of the taping.
