Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Refusing to give refunds
In the State of Texas is there a law that requires a business to post signs if their policy is to not give refunds on items purchased from that business? If so does it require that the sign be of specific size, lettering, etc. and/or the location it is to be posted?

Re: Refusing to give refunds
No. Giving refunds is strictly a matter of business policy, not of law.
