Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I registered an assumed name, can I have more than one Limited Liability Companies under it?

I'm unclear. An assumed name is just a legal term for a nickname. It is not an entity in and of itself. For example, I could have an assumed name of "David Company". It's still just me, only now I have a nickname. My nickname couldn't own an LLC, though I can, in my individual capacity.
