Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Are self renewing service contract legal or do they have a time limit as to how often they can be automaticlly renewed?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. Often referred to as "evergreen" contracts, they're perfectly enforceable (legal) and will renew without limit - unless you cancel before the renewal date (and sometimes before) as provided in the contract. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
