Rescinding a contract
My husband and I signed--name removed--contract with Direct Buy yesterday,--name removed--memjbership club for buying furniture and household goods...Neither of us slept last night feeling we made--name removed--huge mistake and can't afford it at this time..What are our options..

Re: Rescinding a contract
Hand deliver, immediately, your written notice of your decision not to go ahead with the contract. Make sure you save an exact copy. There is a small "cooling off" period after signing a contract in which you can do this. Get after it right now.
