Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

Need help on research project.

I am a junior at South Garland High School in Garland, Texas, and I am doing a research project on what career I would like to persue once graduated. For as long as I know, I have always wanted to be an attorney. One of the requirements is that I find out the average annual income of an attorney, and it seems to be the one requirement that, as simple as it may sound, I have not been able to uncover up to this point. Have you tried checking old issues of the Texas Bar Journal? Ever so often I recall seeing studies about the average income of attorneys in there. You might start with the State bar website or even call them. I bet they would be real helpful. Good luck.

Also check with NALP (National Association for Legal Placement), ABA (American Bar Assiciation) and the bar association of your county.
