Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I have a restursnt lease under my name, and DBA under my friend's name, we both have money invested in resturant,we do not have any kind of papper sing among us, he is working there full time at the resturant, and i have my other full time job,but he is not showing me the wright sale, he is taking money from there.
Where do i stand ?.
