Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Retail
I the wrong product was delivered to the wrong client, (this was a special order for another client) the clent was notified of this but he refuses to return the product. Can he do this. Or does the retailer have the right to pick this up and deliver the correct order to him?

Re: Retail
You have the right to recover your product. I can't make out who has what from your pronouns, but if the client is expecting a different order, I'd bring that order to the client when I came to pick up the improper order. I'd definitely let them know, in writing, what I intended to do. If they accept the proper order and refuse to return the other, send them a bill for the improper order.
