I am a truck driver, I made a deliver for a company, they paid me with a check that was return unpaid. How can I collect my money from this company

Based on what you have written, you may have two options to think about. One option would be to take the check to the District Attorney's office and request that they prosecute the company and obtain restitution for you. Second, option would be to sue the company in a civil proceeding.
