Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Do return policies have to be printed on a receipt or will the wall sufice? I purchased and item and within 30 days trying to return it because it is defective. The Retailer said their return policy is in the wall and they will not give me my money back. So in Texas does the return policy have to be on a receipt or is the wall fine?

It does not have to be on the receipt; it must be posted in the store if not on the receipt.
