Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
My rights to the future income of a company I helped create
I co-created & developed a soon to be coming business to business dot com company. I was informed that I would not be a part of the company as initially agreed to. It was half my idea. I co-developed the business plan, marketing, and sales plans. I would like to find a lawyer in Dallas to help me sort out my rights to the idea and to have representation as to my future involvment with this person.
