Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Riped off
I own a small business and recently purchased some merchandise from a company out of state. When my merchandise arrived it was in unsellable condition and i was missing alot of items. i contacted the owner of the company where i purchased the items and he said he would fix my problem. Now almost a month later i find he changed the number to his offices and i cant contact him. How can i get my money back or take action for his wrong doing. He hasnt tried to help me at all and I'm out alot of money, Help me please.

Re: Riped off
You should contact an attorney to help locate the owner and put a demand on him to cure the defective goods. If he does not cure in a reasonable time, you can sue him for breach of contract.
