the sale of a business
i carried the note on a business that i sold only approx one third of the balance has been paid i have been patient for several months and havent received any recent payments can i go and pick up the equipment that i sold?

Was the note secured by the equipment? If not, then you will need to file suit against the person and obtain a judgment.
