Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I own a sales brokerage, representing 3-6 million a year in sales purchases made from distributors. As a vendor, I've lost big on future income due to malicious behavior by a particular distributor owner. This person has persuaded my clients to cut me out in attempt to increase margin or threatening items won't be purchased and bills will not be paid on time to my clients. Since I'm a vendor, do I have a case? I have also been sexually and emotionally harassed by this person.

You probably have a cause of action for "tortious interference with contract." It will be a difficult and expensive lawsuit if you decide to file it.
