how long do i have to take down the name of the previous buisness i was 01-31-07.contract ended thank you tdk

If the name was not included in the purchase, then you should not be operating under it now. So you should take action to inform the public and your business associates of the change in ownership and name now and until you can get the name changed. Feel free to contact me on this.
