Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
SBA Loan Approval
What is my options when I have been approved for a SBA loan, have not received the loan to build a house after hurricane Rita have not signed all of the forms, have not found a contractor, but SBA wants to be paid starting in May of 07? because the loan was approved

If SBA won't talk to you about the date, you would probably have to get an injuncition to allow the date to begin when the loan was funded. Wonder if there are other people in this predicament. If you want my assistance in this matter, contact me by email.
