Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
school termination from principal
can a principal write a letter requestin your termination without ever discussing it with you and also write the letter and do not sign it the letter was typed. the employee had no knowledge, and never had a level one hearing. and the principal was terminated himself for his own misconduct before the letter was wrote two day before his own forced retirement.
the employee has never ever had a bad reference out of the seven years she had been in the school system. oh she is not a teacher, she's a paraprofessional (support staff)

Re: school termination from principal
I hope you have initiated your appeal through the school process. Failure to do so in time may mean that you have lost the opportunity.
