Selling Corporate Directory Listings on the internet
Can I sell a Retail companies corporate phone numbers on the internet? Example: Executive names and phone numbers at the office, District Manager names and phone numbers, Merchandise Pesonnel and Corporate office etc. The list I would like to sell, to Retail Recruiters, is from a single company. is this legal? Will it appear as if I am targeting a single company? There are businesses online that provide listings and directories if you request them, would I fall into that catagory and not find any legal reprecutions?

Re: Selling Corporate Directory Listings on the internet
It strongly depends upon how you got the information in the first place. If it's public knowledge and you simply assembled it, probably no problem. If you have a corporate directory, you may have a very serious problem.
