Selling laiablaty of dogs
I sold a lady a puppy (AKC) about 6 months ago.Now she says the dog has hip problems.She has no written guartee . The lady brought dog to my house and left it while I was at work.What are my legal responsibilys?

Unless you knew the puppy had a hip problem when you sold it, you have no liability to the buyer.
As to her dropping it off at your place, ask her if she's giving the dog back to you as a gift. If not, then she should come and get her property or you'll charge her for boarding the dog.
