Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Sending anonymous cards.
I sell birthday, holiday, etc. cards.
I have had a few request to sell cards that will ''bash'' a particular person (example: '' a supervisor'') and send it to them anonymously. If I did this it would not contain any profanity or the requestors info. Is there any legal issues that could arise if I sold such cards and sent them?

Based on what you have written and dependent upon how the sale of the card is completed, there may or may not be potential for legal issues. You may want to consider speaking with a law firm to ensure that you are protecting yourself and your company.
