Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Separation of Business Partner/ Investor
Our business was started with a loan from an initial investor. We now have a new investor to bring in additional funds but wants a ''letter of separation ?'' from the initial investor. Please tell me what type of legal form I need to have drawn that speaks of the financial terms of separation from our initial investor.

Re: Separation of Business Partner/ Investor
You are going to have to engage a lawyer, since there's no such standard form called "a letter of separation". Has your original investor been repaid, or do they retain an interest in the business?
