Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I am being served with legal papers because someone I don't know . I am told that he wrote a bad check and hand wrote my name as a referance on the check. I have told the lawyer that I don't know this person. I will have to miss work and lose money by going to court. Do I have any course of action to either get paid or avoid having to go to court
