Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I am looking to setup a health supplement company in Texas. Everything is organized except for setting up an LLC. I have read as much as I could find online and my question is this, with an small company (myself as the only employee initially) should i file to pay taxes as an llc or an s-corp? I have not been able to make a clear distiction between the 2.

Any attorney will say this is more of an accounting - tax question than a legal one. It is also dependent on your individual tax position. Consult with a CPA for details. You can also consult with an attorney in your area for specific advice about the initial and ongoing costs of an LLC vs. corporation.
