Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Sexually oriented business
Who governs sexually oriented businesses? I have a sob next door to me and I need to write a letter to someone letting them know what is going on over there but I just don't know who to write this letter to.

That's usually a municipal function; either city ordinance or county laws. You could start by contacting the county attorney. If it doesn't fall under their scope, they'll tell you who to contact.
