Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Signed Contract
I signed a contract for internet advertising for 3 months. I was told i could use my own website and I was also told they would budget my money over the course of the month. Both of these were false. They wanted me to use their generic website and the money ran out before the end of the month. How can I get out of this contract?

Re: Signed Contract
Based on what you have written, it appears that the internet advertising company may be been misleading in their agreement. This potentially could be a cause of action for breach of contract. The terms of the signed contract should be reviewed by a law firm to advise you of the potential legal issues. If my law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]) to arrange for an initial consultation.
