Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I signed a waiver of release to my former employer who offered 4 weeks of additional severance. They are not paying me the additional 4 weeks. what options do I have

Put in for unemployment benefits. I assume that that's what you "waived."
Or, in the alternative, write a letter (paper letter - no phone calls, emails, or text messages) to the HR department and tell THEM what happened. Send it via certified mail, with a return receipt requested.
