Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
My situation is:
I represent professional Arena Football players. This youngman signed a contract with me showing how much he is to pay me. At the end of the season I've never received anything from him and he has not call or anything. I sent him a invoice showing him how much he owes my company, and a copy of the contract which he signed. The total amount is around $470.00. I just need to know what I can do to collect the funds

If you cannot recover the funds through your own collections processes you will likely need to file suit or charge the debt off to a collections agency.
