Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I have a small business LLC and my landlord is threatening to sue for back payments I owe him. I do owe the payments but business is slow. Can he sue me for my personnel assets? i.e. my house?

LLC stands for limited liability company. IF the LLC was set up correctly and run correctly than while the landlord can sue whoever he wants, his ability to recover against you personally would be limited to your investment in the LLC
