Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Small Business
My partner and I are trying to help a bussiness owner improve his establishment which is a bar! He wants our ideas but we don't want to tell him them and then him run off with them! What kind of agreement or contract do we need him to sign to make sure we get paid if he uses them or to keep him from using them if he is not willing to pay for them

Essentially you want a confidentiality agreement. It may need some non-circumvent provisions.
