small claims suit
if i had a verbal contract with
someone to pay the debts that
could possibly arise on a movie
rental account and they refuse to
pay would i win a case in small
claims court if i sued them for the
late fees and court cost? i will
provide all the information i have at
my disposal if it is needed.

The statute of frauds is very specific when it comes to verbal contracts. There are some provisions that would preclude you from pursuing this any further. Please, contact a local attorney in your area.
