Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I have small pool business, and have a customer that has not paid his bill for the last 5 months, I have stopped service at this time.What are my legal options for collecting this debt?

You can sue him (I'd send him a brief letter first: "You owe this money. If you don't pay it by close of business on October 10, 2009, I will sue you. This is my last letter before I file suit"). You decide which court to file in (justice, county, district) based on the amount of the debt and the jurisdictional limits of the court. You'll probably want to get a lawyer to do this for you.
