Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I am a small time photographer. I took pictures for a friend of a friend. No contract. He wants the pictures and I will not give them to him until I get paid. He thinks I agreed to do the pictures for free. I am asking $600, half my normal fee. He is threatening to sue me fheor the pictures. Can

As a Franchise Attorney I have to ask what is the question here? As the saying goes, there's no such thing as a free lunch. He can always sue, but you can counterclaim for what he owes. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
