Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
We are a new start up company(LLC) and were told not to put owner on our business cards. What should we put so potential customers know we are the decision makers and not some large company like our main competitor? Their are 2 of us who own the business.
Thanks for your help
Bob

Any business card for a corporation or partnership with limited liability should have the title of the individual on their business card so it is obvious they are agents of the company. What about titles like President, Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Director, Vice President, etc. Look at the documents that formed the company to see what positions are authorized or if corporate action documented by meeting minutes are required to establish the positions to be used and appoint appropriate people to these positions.
