Hi,

I started an online gaming community that has members world wide, I am looking at forming an LLC, It looks like the best place for us to form an LLC is Nevada, does this sound like a smart ideal?

Any good business or franchise attorney will say you need to take a couple steps back and decide whether a corporation or LLC is the best entity. If an LLC operates an active trade or business that does business in many states, a C corporation is often easiest for the owners because CPA's say a C corporation reduces the multistate income tax accounting burden for the owners and forming an entity in Nevada doesn't change this result. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
