Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Starting a business
I and 4 other people want to start a t-shirt design company such as MOssimo,Billabong,etc.. What is better, an LLC DBA or to incorporate? Also, WHat is the cheapest way to do this? Thank you very much.

Either a corporation or an LLC; definitely not a general partnership. Your short-term, intermediate term, and long-term goals will determine whether an LLC or a corporation would be better.
The costs for either are about the same. Since the business entity will be the foundation for your enterprise, that's not the place to start pinching pennies.
