A state agency is telling our customers they will get extended deadlines if they go with a competitor. This is hurting our business is there anything we can do about this?

Re: State Agency Harming Business
Not if it's the truth and applies equally to all competitor's customers. If not you need a Temporary Restraining Order and a lawsuit. Or you could extend the deadlines also. Good Luck.
