stop payment
Customer stopped payment as leverage on work already completed (he jumped the gun)what is my next step. sick and tired of this customer. MY wish is full payment and compesation for the extra time.

You will have to sue him. If under $5000 you can sue him in Small Claims without a lawyer. One penny over, and you're in County or District Court. There you are best off with a lawyer.
