Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
How to style case?
If a company say "ABC Tile" is registered with my state(TX) as "123, LLC" d/b/a "ABC Tile". How do I style a juctice court case? Can you sue a Limited Liability Company(LLC) ? I thought you could only sue a person(s) or corporation? Do you sue the members?

Re: How to style case?
Yes, you can sue LLCs, just like any other entity. You would just style the case accordingly (123, LLC d/b/a ABC Tile).
