Sued for Breach of Contract
I am being sued individually for breach of contract by a business associate who has purchased a business from my corporation around 18 months ago. Plaintiff has filed petition in JP court in Dallas County TX. How shoudl I respond?

Best advice is for you to contact an attorney of your choice ASAP and have that attorney review the complaint and gather the facts from you before a determination can be made as to how you should respond. However, respond you must, and you have a very limited time in which to do so. If you do not, a default judgment may be taken against you.
